I have done two jobs with a the company, both of which were rather unsettling. The first was a roofing project, which was supposed to take 3 days to complete, it took about 6. Not terrible in the grand scheme of things, but first red flag. The next red flag was the started demanding the rest of their money while before dumpster was picked up. Also in the weeks that followed I've been spending my time picking up nails from all around my property especially in the lawn where my 2 year old plays. Second Job, was a bathroom remodel. From top to bottom, this job was terrible. What was supposed to be a 1 week job took 2 months to complete. Every excuse was given, from other jobs, emergencies on other jobs, sickness. being overworked, too tired, on and on and on. During this time, the contractor had unrestricted access to my property. He had a key to come and go and yet it seem hard to get him in the door and when he was, he wanted to do one 15 min thing and leave. Fate. But as fate would have it, the quality of his work was poor. We had a leak from the bathroom he did. This is the second leak. The first was during the project after he finished doing some plumbing work. This second leak however was when the project was done, and after doing new floors in all our bedroom. We called them as soon as we noticed the flooring was warped in the master. He came by the next morning, banging loudly on the door at 6am knowing that we have a 2 year old sleeping. He looked at it for two seconds said he things it the roof (mind you he did that job too) then said he'll come by in the evening to seal the side of the roof, which wasn't sealed properly from the roof job that he did prior. He still has not come by and done that. After a week of me ripping up my new floors I found the leak myself (because he never came by again) and called him again, he opened the wall an confirmed it was the plumbing work he did. He spend about 30 min and said he fixed it. The next day I ran the sink and checked myself, there was another leak above the last leak he said he fixed. It took him another week before he came and check & fix that one. At this point a month has gone by, we're 3 leaks in, damaged floors in two bedrooms, mold untreated, all three of my family members have been sick since this leak started and still we sit waiting to have mold treated and floor replaced. Disappointed, disrespected, disillusioned, dishearten, disgusted. Please save yourself some heart ache and pain and select someone else. As they would advertise themselves, "no job to big, no job too small" for you to say NO.
