At 9-1-1 Plumbing, we strive for customer satisfaction by performing quality work at a fair price. I'm sorry if you misunderstood the quote you were given over the phone. There was not a mistake made in the quote I gave you by phone nor did I say there was. The beginning of the conversation concerned the installation of a toilet you purchased for which a quote of $100 was given. Additionally, you inquired about the installation of a single vanity top with side splashes. To clarify and avoid confusion, I asked if we would also install the lavatory faucet and you said that we would. I quoted $250. The next question I answered was if the $250 was total and I said Yes, $250 to install the single lavatory vanity and faucet. The next series of questions concerned if we would pick up the fixtures ordered from Lowe's and I said we would do that as part of the installation. In total, the whole job was quoted at $350 and I included a itemized list for our technician so that he would be aware of our phone conversation. There were a couple of items discussed and quoted so if you concluded the total job was going to be $250...that was definitely a misunderstanding. As a professional plumber who is qualified, insured and licensed, a quote of $350 to pick-up and install a customer's purchased fixtures, we feel is fair. New fixtures were installed by picking them up from the store, removing the old, installing the new by attaching them to the existing water & drain lines AND disposing of the old fixtures.
