We had them to stall our enclosure about 1 and a half years ago, Since that time we've had nothing but problems from the windows, leaking, holes in the frames, improperly installed and bad workmanship . The caulking looks like a two-year-old did it. The owner of the business is a very rude and angry person. When you try to talk to her and tell her the problem she denies everything or she throws in your face that you signed off on the contract. Most people sign off on the contract in the hopes that they don't have any problems. but that does not guarantee that they won't have any problems. We told the installer at the time that we were not happy with some of the things but they insured us that they would take care of the problems. When the owner Kathy Beaman, sends a person out and they inform you of all the issues that are wrong with the enclosure you expect it to be corrected. Once the installer goes back into the office to let her know, she does not want to hear that from the installer. She refuses to take responsibility. The final straw was waiting for replacement window for months and on August 2, 2022 she sent another guy, Jerry to look at and install the windows they had ordered. Once he arrived he informed us that he only bought two windows when in fact it should have been four ordered. He told us instead of installing the two windows that he brought to wait for KB Sunspaces to order the other two windows so not to affect the warranty. He informed us that he would take the windows back to the warehouse. While he was here he also confirmed the SLOPPY WORKMANSHIP that the previous installers did on our enclosures. He was not the first one that told us this, Thomas told us the same thing. Thomas no longer works for KB Sunscapes. We told Jerry that once he informed Kathy of the issues he properly would be fired also. He told us that she needs him and he would make sure that all these issues that he seen would be corrected because that was his job. He informed us that he had several customers that were unhappy with the WORKMANSHIP and he is trying to work out the problems with the owner. Jerry left our home and we left also. We returned, windows were placed in front of our house OUTSIDE no explanation. We emailed her to find out what was going on and this was her response... Since you refused to let my installer install them, I told him to bring them back to you and leave them outside your house. Any further requests regarding warranty items must be made directly to Custom Window Systems. I am not obligated to service their warranty issues. If you do not wish to keep the windows, feel free to discard them. Any further communication from me will be coming from my attorney. I have told you numerous times that you have accepted the room as we built it and you have had other contractors out there doing things to it and I am not coming back there again. Kathy Beaman Jerry signed a letter, stating we are not refusing any work. KB was the only company that worked on our enclosure. We have not heard back from anyone since August 2nd. I suggest that you go with someone else for you needs. Public record in Conway, SC. This company was sued in court for poor workmanship.

Absolutely the worst sunroom company at the beach from the con game selling fake products to the horrible work ethics worst experience ever. They are NOT a sunspace dealer and the iwner make Hitler look compassionate. HORRIBLE
