Absolutely the worst customer service ever! I would not even give them one star. No call back after they left my new Whirlpool washer in worse shape than when they started. Started with horrible rude dispatcher calling me 8 times with "troubleshooting" questions, "so we can get the right part the first time". Imagine our surprise when the guy arrived with no parts at all. Revisit was scheduled on Memorial day, of course a no show. Called back the following day and left message, to have call returned the following day. Best they could do was Thursday after. Showed but just walked into the house, did something to the machine and left. No word to me, told my elderly father that I was busy with something else and left. No my machine will not even turn on. No return call as of yet. In all, rude and inept service!
