I needed my entire house rewired in San Leandro. Mike from ELCO Bay Area gave me an estimate of less than half of what other electricians gave me. I was skeptical. But he completed the job as he promised and on time. I am very happy with the work he did. And I am ecstatic with the money I saved. I just wish he had done a better job cleaning up. But with the $10K I saved going with ELCO, I can afford to have someone come in and clean! I would hire ELCO again in a heartbeat.
