SOLDIER FENCING LLC

This fence company is not dependable. Christine came and gave my wife and I an estimate and she also said when it came they would have it up in a day or two the most the day the material came. So April15th and we gave her a downpayment so she could order the materials. She said it would be 8 weeks before it would come and she would let us know a few days before they would have it delivered she called on the day she wanted it delivered and we were out of town and there was no place to put it anyway. Keep in mind they have NO SHOP OR BUSINESS PLACE TO STORE ANYTHING THEY WORK OUT OF THEIR HOUSE AND CAR THE CUSTOMER IS THEIR STORAGE FACILITY. Then a couple weeks later the truck from Lowes shows up 7:00 AM with no notice. Christine said she had no idea? I had many things delivered to my house and they don't deliver without notice. I really didn't have a place to store it either. I have a flatbed truck so I said to put on that. Tied up my truck for at least 2 weeks and I had to babysit the material. June 25 Rick showed up and worked hard a few days, and on the 2ed of July he went on vacation for a week, on the 10th finally finished. I noticed on the bill we canceled 2 - 8 ft. sections I was going to make a gate out of myself and just had them put in 2 -5 ft gates because they said that was the largest as they could do which was not true. Christine told my wife that it would be 596.00 we said ok and she changed the contract but Did Not Credit us for the 2 panels 217.00 so we subtracted that from the bill and paid Rick and gave him copies of the paperwork and he said that was Christine's department he was just the installer. Then when he got home he gave it to her and she called my wife and my wife explained to her very nicely that she didn't credit us 217.00 for the 2 Panels .Then she went nuts screaming at my wife I couldn't believe it so she thought she was going to charge us 217.00 +596.00=813.00 for 2- 5 ft gates! Also The 3 gates that were installed are too close and you can't put a lock on them and if you could you could only lock on one side and there is NO adjustment if anything gets out of line. I asked Rick if he could switch them out to the ones that like I have on my other fence he said yes but I guess Christine said NO. He also said that they were the latches that came with the gates, I looked and they have to be purchased separately so they used the cheapest junk they could find. They use the name Soldier Fencing name to make them selves look like they are good upstanding people it's an insult to our military and they also say that all the guys that work there are Vets they have no guys employed. I would never recommend Soldier Fencing because of the Quality of work and their lack of Reliabilit

Did a great job on my fence! Wasn't to sure how to go about it because my yard is sloped down from the mountain.He stepped the fence down perfectly from front to back.Finished it in a timely manner even with the obstacle of the downgrade.The price was very reasonable for the great work.I would definetely recommend Rick to my friends!

Overall great company. The owner Rick Brown is extremely professional, punctual, his work is flawless, military grade and well priced. He took care of all of my fencing needs, as well as some concrete work. I would highly recommend him. If you need work done this is the guy to call. Thanks again Rick. God Bless America!
