C B (Cassie Barczack) is a liar. This company did not take the money and run. Eric, Cassie's husband made the job site un workable between his temper, behavior and interference. Clear Waters Pools has addressed this issue through it's attorneys and civil court. The family has received a refund and credit from Clear Waters Pools prior to legal actions. Eric and his wife have tried to extort more money from Clear Waters Pools and he and his wife have gone to great lengths to cyberbully and stalk Clear Waters Pools. Clear Waters Pools lost over 4K doing the right thing by refunding money, paying attorneys fees and addressing misrepresented statements. Cassie's (C B) recent review only goes to show her continued effort to slander Clear Waters Pools. She has used many of her friends from facebook to assist in this bullying. Porch has given people like this a platform to hurt small business owners by posting bad reviews and then forcing the business owner to pay 250.00+ to join site just to combat bad reviews. These companies also fail to realize people like Eric and his wife can put family in serious physical danger if people tried to take actions into their own hands.

Hired Clear waters to install our 50 thousand dollar dream pool. He left the job after months of only showing up occasionally. He took the money without any problems but refused to refund what is owed. We found out he is not licensed or insured like he claims. WMBF Investigate uncovered more people like me. Do your research and do not hire this company!
