Absolutely unqualified people working here. They were surveying a neighbor's property and cut my internet line. No reason to be anywhere on my property and on top of that not only can they clearly not read drawings but cutting an internet line would be noticeable. Did they leave a note? Tell the customer who hired them what happened? Of course not. Then when confronted they simply say "if" we did it despite me having them on camera at the exact moment that spectrum reported my internet goes down. Call around, hire people who actually know how to do the job
