Never again. Last August I paid 3775.00 to fix some ductwork. I then asked for help in replacing 3 vent covers and paid 995.00 for that job. Not all vents are putting out cool air so called Tommy to ask him to check them out. He started ranting about all the work he had done. I told him I would pay service call but it was clear he did not want to be bothered. Silly me. I thought this company would stand behind its work. I will contact another company who has professional staff and not be berated for asking for a service call.
