After putting in a request on Porch, I received a call the next day to set up an appointment. Steve was able to come out that same week & did a great job. I would highly recommend PlumbMasters to anyone in the Nashville area.

We needed our gas fireplace replaced and had a difficult time finding a service contractor. We heard about Porch.com at Lowe's who supplied the number for Plumbmasters. I only had to make one phone call and Scott came out and told us what we had to do. After obtaining the new fireplace another phone call to Scott and he was at our house to do the installation. He is honest, priced reasonably and we are happy to have a contact person we can rely on. His office staff was more than helpful. We received follow up calls from both Scott and Tammy in the office to make sure everything was working fine. I will definitely recommend them to all my family, friends and neighbors.

$200 later & the plumber coming out twice the problem is not fixed and apparently is a mystery not worth solving.
