We hired Arcadia for a pool and outside entertainment backyard. There have been too many mistakes, errors, defects and damages done by their company, which so far estimates to repair and finish their work is in excess of $60,000! So their poor workmanship is severe. What's worse is how unprofessional this company is. We have spent months working with them on solutions. They have acknowledged the problems and promised to "make it right". But they have "ghosted" us. They refuse to do the work and have even started ignoring us, i.e., ignoring emails and texts, refusing to supply documents they promised, etc. Plus they required us to sign an Arbitration Clause to resolve disputes but we asked months ago and they still have not scheduled a hearing. We filed a complaint with the Tennessee Contractors Board and filed a claim against Arcadia's insurance.
