I wish I could give this zero stars. Awful customer service. It's really a shame because the worker himself seemed nice according to my husband yet when I tried to call and get some clarification from the 'assistant' I got nowhere and they lost business....

These people are liars and crooks. We have went a week with no hot water over a part that was supposed to have been ordered on Monday. Spoke to company yesterday they said the supplier is out of the part, my husband calls supplier they said no we have two...
David is very nice and great at his job. He take pride in his work and will work until the job is done. If you need something done ASAP he is your guy. I had three other plumbers come out to fix my sewage back up but he was the only one to fix it.
