I wish I could give this zero stars. Awful customer service. It's really a shame because the worker himself seemed nice according to my husband yet when I tried to call and get some clarification from the 'assistant' I got nowhere and they lost business. Specifically due to her attitude and unwillingness to help I will never recommend this business nor will I ever give them another chance. I was told I would be sent an estimate and when I didn't within two days, I called back to find out when I could- the woman on the other end was friendly at first, realized my estimate was sent to the wrong e-mail and proceeded to forward it to me. After mentioning something about someone going on vacation I asked when my project could be completed and while not directly answering my question about the vacation, she said they were booked until August 29th. When my husband was speaking with the gentleman who came to do our estimate he was told it could be done before August 12th, since we are selling our house. When I brought this up she went on to state that there was nothing in the calendar until August 29th so I stated to her that I want someone to call me back so I can find out what's going on and she said 'OK thanks, April' and hung up. So, when I called back and stated I had a few more questions and asked why she hung up on me she proceeded to actually laugh and sarcastically ask 'I hung up on you? OK, how can I help?'. At this point, I'm not sure why she would expect anyone to believe that she was actually helpful. She continued to laugh at me so in my anger and out of what was clear realization, I asked her why she was being a bitch. She continued to laugh, called me nasty, and was overall one of the most unprofessional people I had the unfortunate experience of working with. If you want someone to take you seriously, and be polite and professional I would not recommend this company. The 'assistant', if that's what you can call her, works from home and really could not care less about the company she represents getting any business.
