About Us Founder John P. Farnham, III comes from a long lineage of talented and established artists, including Paulding Farnham, (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paulding_Farnham) and Sally James Farnham, (http://sallyjamesfarnham.org) both renowned by their own rights for their quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail in their creative works. John inherited those artistic talents in his passion and love of building and renovating homes. He developed an appreciation for architecture at a young age, and has an innate sense for what is aesthetically appropriate for both custom and period homes. With over twenty-five years of specialized expertise in the home remodeling and renovation arena, he continues his mission of providing the highest level of attention to detail, quality craftsmanship and exceptional service to each project he engages. John was raised in New Canaan, CT and currently lives in Ridgefield, CT with his wife Stacey and their son James. The Team With over twenty-five years of experience, Premier Remodeling and Renovations has long standing and established relationships with some of Fairfield and Westchester County's most talented and in-demand craftsman and subcontractors. We assemble the correct team for each project, ensuring an individualized approach to meet each customer's need. We also have an experienced office staff who are prepared to provide any additional project support that may be necessary. Our Approach We approach each new assignment with a unique focus on the client's goals and truly believe that collaboration with the homeowners, architects, designers and subcontractors is the best way to ensure a successful outcome to each project. Each new engagement presents its own opportunities and challenges, which is why Premier Remodeling and Renovations maintains control of the project from start to finish.
