First of all, I want to commend the salesman, Hazard Douglas on his professionalism and total knowledge of the home renovation process! His presentation was excellent and he answered all my questions fully. The first day of construction, the crews came and they were thoughtful of us and did their work well and quickly. The finished product looks great and we love the renovation! We are very pleased with the quality and love the small details.

These guys are more consultants then general contractors, and that is exactly what they will tell you upon meeting them. They are brothers and run a tight knit family operation. There crews are LEGIT, they work fast and clean the work area very well DAILY. I have had many contractor issues in the past and this CO. did a very professional job from start to finish. The price was fair...and transparent so no complaints.... I would highly recommend this CO. to anyone in the area looking to do a major job to their home or business.

During November and December of 2017 my wife and I had our kitchen completely remodeled. Our prime contractor was Rose de NOLA, which arranged the cabinetry, counters, tile, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work. The work involved about two weeks of almost constant attention with at least three workers in the house most of those days. The quality of the work performed along with the speed gave us a new kitchen and a job that we are happy with. Any homeowner who is considering remodeling their existing kitchen within a budget for working people and desiring quality work would like them.

  | Gretna Garage Loft Master Suite Addition | Jul 2016 | The James family were referred to us by a previous client. They were lucky enough to buy a already spacious colonial in a neighborhood that they love. The only thing missing at their new address, was the master suite that they always dreamed of. So our design and build team helped them build it! Large bedroom that gets plenty of light, spacious bathroom outfitted with the right materials and fixtures. The addition plan that they liked the best involved building the addition on top of their existing garage. This type of home addition would also be an easy approval at the Biloxi, MS Building Department because the property would stay within the original footprint. If they were to build an addition in the rear or side, setback limits could prevent the project all together. Building the home addition above their single story garage (which is extending from their 2 story house) would actually fill in the missing piece to the puzzle. We sat down at our office and discussed needs, wants, and budgets. Finally we rendered a possibility for their new master suite room addition build. Once they saw our CAD plans from our professional draftsman in New Orleans, it was not long before we signed a contract and created blueprints to bring to the Building Department. The room addition plans were fully approved by the building inspectors and a building permit was issued to begin construction. The James family needed extra space for their growing family and building this Master Suite Addition was far cheaper then buying a home of similar size and number of bedrooms and baths.
