I have a ( new build home 2 1/2 yrs old) Rinnai Direct Vent tankless water heater that is leaking from the bottom. The leak was detected on Thursday 10/10 am when there was no hot water coming out of the faucets upon checking the heater it was beeping code 79 per manual for water leak. Turned off water supply flushed upon turning it back on it was not leaking or alarming. The hot water was working until about noon no hot water and the tank was alarming 79 code water leaking from bottom and on ground.
