Adam was great. He showed up on time and went above and beyond what any other plumber would do. Best of all, he was able to finally fix my water hammer!! I'd already had 2 other plumbers out to my house to try and fix it and didn't. Thank you again Adam and Option One Plumbing.

So the plumber comes to fix a faucet he charges me $150. While working on the faucet he breaks a part of it and then says he now has to charge me $1,200. He starts telling me how he needs to do something right away because when the water turns on i will have a big leak. He tries to pressure me towards $1,200. i told him i think the price is too high now. he says i will not have no water because i will have a big leak. i told him turn on the water to see if it leaks the faucet didn't leak like he stated it was dripping but now he has to cut a whole in the wall and do a lot of extra. still charging me 1200. he wants to charge me more for him breaking the part. His supervisor says its my fault for not maintaining it he said the calcium build had a lot to do. bottom line the employee broke it and they dont want to repair it. they are now charging me 700 to repair it. I dont think i should pay for an employee mistake. he broke the faucet to the point where it is not easy to remove. i would not recommend this company HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK.!!!

We been having this issue in the back of our mind for over 2 weeks know, and Option One is forcing us to go to the trouble of a lawsuit. Due to their misjudgment in identifying the right solution for a slab leak. (misjudged the leak area, provided solution the caused extra damages, and refused to communicate) I contacted Option One to fix my Slab leak, and gave Option One the job due to their review on Yelp and their promise to help me out with insurance deductible. However, Option one sent Carol, to do the work, a 26 years old male, who claimed to be a plumber for 5 years and also claimed he was an Electrician before that. Due to Option One’s misjudgment in identifying the right solution for the slab leak, here is a list of what Carol did wrong: 1. Negligent: He dug a hole on the floor but failed to identified the leak and he dug deeper and expended to other area and kept going, (Please see picture), and afterwards He claimed that the leak was maybe coming out of the Air condition. (A slab Leak caused by air condition.) 2. He came a day later to patch up the hole on the floor, where the Cemet was really rough and unevenly that makes it hard to place the textile, and he left without letting anyone know, and left the front door open and unlock. 3. When I called his cell phone to find out why he left without saying anything, he told me “I am already late for another customer.” 4. The leak was at the first floor, and I found him came up to the second floor without asking for permission. (There were young female tenants on the second floor, and he knows it) 5. He removed stuff from the premise without asking. 6. Negligent: He cut many unnecessary holes (He had machine to identify where the pipes are but he just cuts off wherever he thinks the pipes are.) 7. My neighbor complained he almost got into a car accident with Carol, when Carol went out to get material And here is a list of out Rovel did Wrong: 1. Rovel kept on reassure Carol’s ability, even when Carol starts to cause damages. 2. For every mistake that Caorl did, Rovel tries to convince me that Carol was doing it right, I had to call multiple people just to get an honest answer out of him. 3. He allowed Carol to cut off the wall in multiple when he was next to him (see picture) even thou he admitted later that it was unnecessary. 4. He offered to give me 200 for me to find someone to fix the holes on the wall, but anyone with experience would know that it does not come even close to covering the cost. 5. Rovel realized the mistake Carol did, he apologized and left saying he would fix this, within 2 days, but never contacted me back afterwards. I assume its Option One’s decision. 6. Rovel made appointment with me on numerus occasions to resolve this issue, but ended up let me wait for nothing. Due to the way Carol presented himself, we decided to add surveillance for the protection of the tenants. I gave 2 stars because I think Rovel is trying to help, and I also think the business model of Option One is the problem.
