I would never tell anyone to go to Wesley Fountain law firm! He did our closing and THREE other people We know and He was representing a man named Jeff Martin back in 2019. 18 months into our payments we find out that there was a lien on the property. Wesley Fountain is in “care of” a couple of Jeff Martin “company’s”!! When I asked him about being in c/o His reply was “I didn’t know Jeff Martin even put me on there as a “care of” person….. We have not made a payment on our land because of this and it’s going on 5 months now! Mr Fountain reassured us that Jeff would pay it and If not that He himself would pay the money owed to the bank. Come to find out I got a call telling me Jeff Martin filed bankruptcy Friday!! Absolutely No communication unless you show up and demand! This lawyer was trust by many Families to do his job as a lawyer and he failed at doing just that! complete lies from DAY 1!!
