I am not one to talk bad of others or a business, because I can usually get a result that is agreeable to to me, or in this case my 78 year old father. Last November 2018 my dad hired Anderson landscaping to lay sod and install a sprinkler system at his new house. Somewhere in the area of 7000.00. As of August 17th 2019, I talked with Jesse on the phone in regards to a few issues my dad has had. Jesse assured me he would stop over and talk with my dad and fix any issues that he has. Great right...Well hold on First the sprinkler system has a huge dry spot that the sprinklers don’t hit in the middle of the front yard. My dad has to pull out a hose and sprinkler just for this area. Second, the sod that has been laid around the entire house, was done quite sloppy with hundreds of gaps between the rolls of sod because when it was rolled out they didn’t push each roll together. Now they entire yard has so many weeds growing in the gaps. Then my dad told me they want another 400.00 to come out and treat the lawn for weeds. That’s when I made my call and talked to Jesse. He said no worries I’ll put seed and weed killer down after adjusting the sprinkler system. NOT A WORD SINCE. Recap - 7000.00 dollars for sod and sprinkler system for my elderly father who should not be out dealing with these weeds nor watering the front yard on his own. Jesse be a man, and fix this issue like you said you would, or is this your M.O. ?
