The review is for two individuals doing the work

Southern Craftsman Construction, Gregg Berry who is listed as general manager. I discussed my project with him and was pleased at what I heard, The project of remodeling my bathroom was set in motion. Two men showed up to due demolition, Sam and Dillard.They have been working for two weeks and I can not express my satisfaction with them. Sam and Dillard are to get twelve to thirteen thousand for their labor. I am also to pay Gregg Berry five thousand or more for what he is doing. He has not spent any time here while construction work is being done. I questioned why they are getting the money they are. Of course Gregg made up contract I signed and informed me that Dan Ligon was being paid for making sure code was followed. I questioned how can he knew if code is being followed since he has never been on job site.I express my concern that I was spending good money on them for nothing and could have used their money to further complete bathroom. The two men doing all the work are terrific and would highly recommend them to anyone. My big complaint is all the money I am paying Gregg and Dan for what they are doing, which I feel is not much.
