We decided to have a new roof installed. We got estimates from 6 outfits and decided to go with Jonathan. He had more to offer than the others and his cost was very reasonable. He spent time with us going over everything they were going to do and made sure we were happy every step of the way. His crew was timely and very friendly. Jonathan also showed up everyday to check on the progress. Our house is very old and had 3 layers of roofing material on it. Wood shakes were likely the original roof and were on the bottom. It was a very messy, dusty job because of the old wood but the crew did a great job minimizing the spread of debris and kept the area around the house pretty clean. All in all, we are very happy with our new roof and recommend TBM Builders to anyone. Good luck on your next project!

We needed to replace a linoleum flooring that was installed after the Northridge earthquake and some minor painting both interior and exterior. Jonathan gave us a good quote. Explained the work to done and followed up on his commitments in a timely manner, He was a pleasure to work with and his crews did a good job at a reasonable price.

I remodeled my kitchen and I was super careful with choosing the right people to do it this is a very special place in my House and in my heart TBN team who is wonderful was a good listeners working hard and fast accomplished the job exactly the way I want it and dreamed of Thank you again

Jonathan was definitely great to work with. We needed help with our first floor - it was feeling cramped, old, and we were looking for someone who could see the potential. We had met with several contractors in our area and we never felt like we could trust the person across from us until we met with Jonathan. During our initial meeting, Jonathan definitely saw the great potential and came up with an idea that could achieve our end goals but not lose the functionality of our space. The subcontractors that Jonathan works with are top notch and have the utmost respect for the work that Jonathan does. Everyone was always very professional, even when I was working from home while they were working away on the remodel. Jonathan kept us up to speed on budget and we could easily stay within the range we planned for. There were no “bad” moments or big changes in the orders - which we kept expecting, based on all of our friends’ experiences with TBM Builders.
