1st Choice Flooring

The reason I'm putting a poor review is not necessarily because the work wasn't done well. Most of it was, besides needing to be fixed when initially putting the flooring in. A little later on there was a piece that needed to be fixed. After being told it would be and even being told there would be no cost it still isn't fixed. This is 8 months later and there's been dozens of calls back and forth. He said he would send someone out, never happened. He's the kind of salesman that tells you what you want to hear but doesn't deliver. I wouldn't be upset if it was established from the beginning that they either didn't want to do the work or there would be a charge. We offered to pay to get it fixed and they insisted since that's what they told us there wouldn't be a charge. But it's still not fixed.

We moved into a new home and half of the house was setup with carpet and the other half was tile flooring. Since I am in a wheelchair I really wanted the entire house to have wood and tile flooring. We called 1st Choice Flooring to some out and install some wooden floors in the bedrooms and hallway. They had the entire house done in just one day! No issues at all, we compared the pricing to one other company and we even saved a few hundred dollars! We would highly recommend 1st Choice Flooring for all flooring needs, they sell carpet, tile, wood and laminate flooring. The showroom is just west of the 15 and Craig Road exit.
