She wanted to discover other options other than a water softener as she didn't like the feeling of soft water. We were happy to get her involved in a 2 stage filtration system which allows her to drink her tap water. She couldn't be happier.

In this particular project our customer had a leak in his main water line from the city meter to the home. As the waterline was under his concrete driveway, we were able to replace it using our trenchless method. This method allows us to replace the water line without having to break concrete or dig up the yard. We saved this customer hundreds of dollars in labor and concrete replacement.

Upon choosing the most advanced option (tankless water heater) we were able to install this unit using her existing exhaust and gas line. No other unit on the market has the capability of heating water without making major modification, in turn saving her thousands of dollars.

Our client called us to inquire about why the water was so hard in this town beings that he was from Washington. We educated him on the Vegas water quality, in turn gave us the ok to install a Water softener that not only softens the water but also removes 100% of the chlorine in the water. This being the only system on the market with this capability all in one, he was very happy with the instant feel of the soft water. We also provided him with an Undersink osmosis system that produces Alkaline water for drinking. This was a package unit, he couldn't be happier.

Upon snaking and clearing her main sewer line, we proceeded to run our sewer cam to verify the integrity of the pipe. As we found a major break in her sewer line near the flower bed, she gave us the ok to make the repair. She wondered why no one ever offered her to get it repaired. She couldn't be happier.
