Get Mo Cool, Inc.

Subpar product and tech did a terrible job with the install steps were skipped or done incorrectly the unit has nothing but problems compressor went within 6 months and we had to pay for the labor even though we have a so called labor warranty with the company. The owner Maurice avoids my calls and will not resolve the issue or replace the defective unit. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and soon will be taking legal action Stay away from this company

The AC in a condo we own in Margate, FL, stopped working. This company was recommended. I made an appointment to meet a technician. Maurice came eventually, but his lateness was forgivable because the condo is hard to find. A new unit was necessary and Maurice set an appointment with me and the tenants for the work. Over an hour after the techs were to be there I received a call that they were on their way. RANDY and RASHAWN came and were wonderful. They were efficient, courteous and cleaned up after the work. After the work was complete and while we waited for Maurice they kept checking to make sure the temperature inside the house was dropping. Maurice never came back but Randy and Rashawn helped me finish the paperwork with their office. I can't say enough about well THEY performed. Now if the unit works as well as they, I will be a delighted customer.

Great company to work with. I was impressed with how professional they were. They installed my new air system with a few hours. I also like the new thermostat they put in. Also, I had got three estimates before I called them and they were the lowest of the three. Will use them again.

The worst experience ever with Get Mo Cool. A large job of $7000 with units replaced and duct work replaced. It took months to do the job with many broken appointments and many different crews with multiple delays to get the job done correctly. Only when I got another company out to check the job and tell us what needed to be done to get it done right did we get somewhere. They overcharged my credit card and now having to fight that. Terrible experience with Get Mo Cool
