ZERO STARS This is a front for fraud. They outright failed to perform on a snow removal contract we had with Richard Hall. They have no honesty or integrity. They are only in business to bilk and cheat. They will lie, lie, lie until they get your money....
Not great customer service. First said they would come out and do an estimate, they never did. I then called back and they switched their story to want to charge us for the estimate. Seems dishonest since this was not initially the case.
