Everyone needs that one person that comes along and makes life easier. Darren is that person! He was very professional and kind. He was attentive while I spoke and paid close attention to detail. When I had something come up that needed my assistance Darren was very flexible and understanding and did whatever was needed to make it work. He did not waste my time but still took his time to put care into what he was doing. Customer service skills are top notch!
