Greg goes above and beyond! He was professional and kind for the initial estimate as well as the water heater installation. I was interested in what he did and he was more than happy to tell and show me what he was doing. In and out in an hour and a half! Thanks for bringing us hot water again, Greg! I’d also like to give 5 stars to the Customer Service at Black Hills! I also use them for my furnace needs! Will never go anywhere else!

Alex Ross, the Technician onsite conducted extensive troubleshooting to diagnose and repair an issue I had. He cared about his service order, customer satisfaction, and was very courteous and friendly. He was very detailed in answering my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the outcome before he left. Highly recommended.

Had my 9 seer heat pump system replaced with a new 16 seer system. It was sized to small and ran for hours and my electric bill went up instead of down. After a year of bitching they finally replaced my unit with a bigger one, but only just over 14 seer and it doesn't work much better. I paid for 16 seer and that's what I wanted. I wish I could put the old system back in, It was better. For what I paid I expected a lot more from this company and have been very disappointed, especially since I'm a retired electrical contractor. There sales people are slick, buyer beware and shop around. Paying the most doesn't mean the best.

Dan appears to be very competent. He checked everything to make sure we were not experiencing any carbon monoxide or anything else in the house.
