If I had an issue, I was able to contact Andrew and have it taken care of within 24 hrs. I even solicited some advice from Andrew due to his experience in the rental market. What even was more a surprise was that Quest Preservation offered a free maid service once everything was done to ensure that the property showed well. I would most definitely work with Quest Preservation again.
