Tanner fence

STAY AWAY!!! Jason was so nice and attentive when I called to get the quote to install 2 gates, some new fence and repair some of the old fence at a rental property of mine. He seemed like a good honest guy and I hired him, but eventually found out he is NOT! He was able to do the work that week and it looked good when finished. He told me when I paid him that the large double gate he installed will need adjusting in the near future. He said to call him and he would come right out to make a simple adjustment. Two days later I noticed that the latch he installed on the double gate could only be latched from the outside. So if I wanted to go into the back yard with my dog, I had no way to latch the gate from the back yard, or if I came into the back yard from the other side of the house and the double gate was latched, I would have no way to get out from the double gate. I called him and he said he would be there the next day to install the correct latch, he told me it was no big deal and in fact, he lives close by so no worries. THAT'S WHERE IT ALL WENT BAD!!!! He didn't show, so I called a few more times over the next couple of weeks and never got a return call or text. About a month in, the double gate started to get misaligned, as he told me it would, so I let him know by text and voice mail about that too. I called or texted him (he did communicate some by text with me during the sales pitch phase) over the next 6 months probably 20 times. I HAVE NEVER HEARD FROM THE GUY AGAIN!!! Over the course of all of the attempts to contact him, 2 other guys answered the phone and I was able to speak to them and both assured me the issue would be taken care of right away. Here I sit with a NEW gate that doesn't align or even let me latch at all it has gotten so out of wack. I never leave reviews but feel so ripped off, I told the last guy that answered the phone this was my last call to them, and if he didn't come complete the job, I would leave reviews anywhere I could. It just doesn't make any sense to me, I own 5 rental properties and actually need some work done on 2 of them and a new fence on a third. For such a simple repair this idiot has lost out on a ton of bossiness. Take my advice choose someone else, NOT Jason Tanner or Tanner Fence!!!!
