Sun-Tek Skylights

I had my roof replaced and at the same time they replaced my skylight. It was replaced with a Sun-Tek skylight. I'm not sure what this thing is made out of but when it rains it is so noisy you have to turn the TV up in order to hear it. We've put a shade on the skylight to try and drown out the noise but that doesn't help. Maybe it's a defect but so far I've had no luck in anyone calling me back to try and rectify the situation. not very good business if you ask me.
