Window World of Central Florida Inc

Window World seems to be a very well organized and manipulating company structured like a gang. I will not make this long with a timeline, I will just point out the scams for you future customers. The salesmen will lie on the contract that “ he will go over with you” , he will miss quote you, or miss a window “ in error”. This will pop up after the windows are at your home and you have no choice but to come out of pocket for more windows. The “privacy glass” is not private at all, you see everything perfectly in the bathroom which really sucks because you cant tint a bathroom window because of the heat and moisture of the shower. If your windows arrive to their warehouse not complete, they take it upon themselves to sell your windows to another job while they order another full set of your windows and, make you wait. They will damage your home at any cost to get those windows in, they damaged my walls, floors, and exterior stucco. Three of my windows were off, so they took it upon themselves to break off stucco to make a bigger whole. They are a true sweat shop and everyone that works for them is on the same page as to what they have to do as a manipulating company. James Van Alstine from Seffner FL is a liar, Jamie Blackwell from Sanford is a liar, Ryanne M from Sanford is a liar. There are many review sites smashing these people across the nation. I am sure you can find a class action somewhere. There will be another review website with their identical URL popping up soon. You can register to be a part of a class action there. Do not sign any paper after they install at your home, don’t sign anything! They charged my account without consent committing fraud, they must be held accountable for this. Look for another company, do not choose these scammers.

Windows look great. 5stars there. After inspection we have been ghosted as far as repairing our broken tile floor (we paid a line item for cutting the floor, that was not done and our floor is severely damaged. I have photos and RING camera video of the event and installers reaction). So we paid extra for the tile to be cut before sliding door frame was removed, and now are left with paying for tile floor repair because we have been ghosted despite multiple calls. Also, it’s been weeks after county inspection and no window frame trim has been installed as the installers stated (this may not be on the company, but pretty sure it’s a part of the install quote/fee).

I had Window World Orlando replace two windows, at a premium price. They wrecked my ADT Alarm system, and now I have 100's of dollars of damages, caused by their workers, who could barely speak english. They will not respond or acknowledge the damage they've caused. I will now have to hire a Lawyer to resolve this situation, something I don't need in my life right now...

ACCORDING TO CHAD HE WAS NOT THE GM AT THE TIME WHEN THIS HAPPENED AND ITS NOT HIS PROBLEM NOW! TO THIS DAY THEY HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME TO TELL ME THE JOB IS COMPLETE! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IF I CAME IN AS NEW GM I BELIEVE I WOULD FIND A SOLUTION BESIDES HIDING BEHIND EMAILS, THAT CLEARLY REFLECT THE LACK OF MANAGEMENT SKILLS IN HIS POSITION! STARTING WITH CHAD THE NEW GENERAL MANAGER. HE HAS AVOIDED DIRECT CONTACT AND HAS YET TO ANSWER ANY OF MY REQUESTS FROM MONTHS AGO SO THAT THEY COULD HAVE POSSIBLY NOT CREATED SUCH A PROBLEM >We ordered windows for a project in orlando for a rehab and the communication was always sporadic. we eventually got the windows installers were scheduled to start and they never showed up. we then rescheduled and they showed up and left shortly after, no contact for over a week . finally we went by to check on things and the windows were not finished. one was missing , one was cracked with a piece of paper covering it. i called asked what had happened and they had no idea what i was talking about. so they then called me back days later and said they needed to reorder a window that broke and one that was measured wrong. weeks passed i heard nothing, finally i called and they said oh yeah your window came in last week, lets set up a date to install. we did and they didnt show up again. so finally they did and windows were installed after almost 3 months of no windows on a job that was supposed to be completed in 30 days.NEEDLESS TO SAY they completely caused major issues with scheduling , closing dates and money disbursements. Thousands in losses and work were lost on this . I PERSONALLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS TO ANYONE.! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
