Tim and James completely rebuilt our staircase. They installed new banisters, wooden spindles, newel posts, and rosettes. I am very picky about detail and can be hard to please when it comes to work on my house. They were meticulous, careful, and the stairs turned out gorgeous. I have never been so impressed with the care that a contractor has taken. They took the time needed, and I cannot recommend them enough. Bravo!

Tim was great to work with from the estimate to the completed work. He was in constant communication with us throughout the process keeping us informed which we really appreciated. His estimate was startlingly accurate, not just in terms of price but in terms of material as well. Not knowing how accurate he would be, I actually ordered 2 extra boxes of flooring, just in case. The end result was Tim finished the job with just over 2 extra boxes. The day before he arrived, Tim called to confirm when he would arrive and answered any last minute questions we had. The next day, Tim arrived exactly on time, got started immediately, was very efficient and finished the job even faster than we expected. Had never installed the Williamsburg oak in our family room and study and we were very pleased with the end result. I couldn’t be more pleased. I would highly recommend him and his entire team!

They did an absolutely fantastic job and the guys were great to work with. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever and if anyone asked, I would recommend them!

I loved working with TS Flooring! We had them set up for a certain date but they called us and said that due to a change in schedule they could move us up. They took care of everything with the supplier to make sure there was no hold up on that end and knocked out everything from removal to install within 2 days. The work was absolutely top notch and I really appreciated how efficient they were!
