NFI is trashy! Gladstone Meadows, managed by NFI, is the property my family and friends and I rented at. This place is a joke, Christa M is rude to contractors constantly and the office people are plain lazy. The girl Courtney comes to work high And just sits on her phone all day.She posts disgusting things like porn and other highly sexual content on her social media accounts, which is where she also posts the apartments she wants to rent out. This place is over run with dog shit because they took out the trash cans and dog bags, and the maintenance men do not do their job. They say they don’t allow pit bulls but there’s many residents here that have pit bulls and we’re allowed to move in but wouldn’t let me bring my pup. The whole complex smells like weed constantly. Need new employees and new management. The lady Christa that oversees it is a well known racist in Missouri. Do not deal with this business!! Their other complex French quarter apartments is just as disgusting! Stay away from these racist bigots

Well first of all I hope this the owners of La Paloma Apts. In San Antonio Texas 78216 , I moved in about a year ago the management team of cindi & elezabeth have been great, the only thing is the apt itself has to many issues first upstairs tennent always has more people than he’s supposed to have in is apt very loud walks day & night especially in wee hrs of the morning like 3-4 in the mornings that’s every day also I’ve complained too many times already, also roaches galore in the apt have to get exterminator every week that gets old cause he doesn’t know what he’s doing, also they had my carpet clean and I swear they were in and out in 2 min took them longer to park!!! I was in the cleaning business over 30 years the company the office hired just rinse my carpets never cleaned them!!!! Now I have some sort of bed bugs and I have to pay for the exterminator to fog my apt according to manger I brought them in!!! I’m not happy here and I just renewed my year contract with la Palamo Apts.. I regret this...
