Horrible company. Installed my outdoor faucet. Every winter it breaks. They have blame me for leaving the water on through winter. They blame me for leaving a hose connected. They have blamed me for everything that they can think of they could. Tossing darts at a board. Owning this mistake could never one an option. Which none has been true or accurate. it has been three years and I finally got the answer they sloped my faucet wrong. sloped in the wrong direction so I’m unable to get the water out before winter freeze which is the reason why every winter freezes and breaks. I got the proof from talking to the manufacturer themselves. I brought it to their attention instead of owning it and taking care of it and issuing me a refund or offering to repair it. They called the police on me. Keep in mind I was not yelling or aggressive. when the police arrived, the owner of the company was very argumentative and downright rude along with lying and not taking any ownership. Bottom line I took a partial refund. I will now need to hire a real professional to get the job done. I decided to post some pictures here so you guys can decide if you want to do business with a shady company. In the following photos, you will see that it is sloped in the wrong direction and you’ll see one photo on the direction it should be. It is a mistake on their part as they installed it wrong. They should’ve owned it and taken care of it.
