Wyatt Bros. Plumbing and remodel

Called them for a water heater. He quoted me the expected top dollar. Water heater install was adequate. I asked him to fix a leak in the main water line while he was there. He broke it so badly he could not turn the water on at all going into the house and left us with no water at all. To top it off he tried to charge $150 more to install the hot water heater than his top dollar quote which was already $150 above a regular installation. He threatened that if I did not pay he'd call the city inspector who would shut my water off permanently until I replaced the entire line from the meter to the house. The quoted me $3500 for the job. I later got other bids which were about half. He overcharged. He broke my water and left my family without any water at all and simply walked away. He threatened. All in all dishonest and horrible work and literally was happy to leave a family that had running water before he worked on our plumbing without a drop. Definitely do not recommend.

Mr Wyatt was prompt after being notified by my home warranty company he called immediately and came to my house and completed the job.

I called American Home Shield for a electrical problem in my attic the service request went to Wyatt Bros . The tech comes out says he has a bad back and will not go in to the attic I understand that as my back is fused. He calls AHS and I get a call back from AHS they tell me he attempted to diagnose at the wall where I had been doing some other work I tell them the problem is in the attic but to no end are they going to send another company out. I am out the service charge of $81 and would cost me another service charge of $81 with AHS to have someone else come out. All Wyatt Bros did was cost me a more money and time. I would recommend using another company.

Very polite, professional and friendly. Highest recommendation! They called to confirm appointment time and showed up on time. We had what turned out to be a frustrating situation with replacing a water heater, and Richard worked very patiently until it was done correctly. He even made a follow up call the next day to be sure we were happy. Prices were very fair and they provided a detailed bill to show what and why the prices were what they were. When ever we have a plumbing problem, we will be calling Wyatt Brothers.
