  | TOP 23rd Street Project | Sep 2013 | We started the project on September 2011. It consisted of a six apartment complex, two floors. The property was about 90% burned down because a tenant had placed recent used hot coals in the garbage can after his cookout. It was a tough project because the building department was giving us a hard time and took forever to get the proper permits. We were the General Contractor and Management team for this project. We subbed out the Plumbing, Electrical and the Roofing, everything else was done by us. We performed the following specialties: Framing, Insulation, Sheetrock Installation, Painting, Molding Installation, Tile Installation on all the Kitchens, Bathrooms and Walls Backsplash, Hardwood Floor Installation. | $225m | Paterson, NJ |
