Owner, operator, journeyman. 33 years in the valley. I pride myself on never having even an inquiry/complaint with the ROC or anyone else for that matter. Krislynn Builders also does construction management, contract review and consulting. All of my sub-contractors used are also licensed, bonded and insured and doing quality work from the start through finish. When lack of work warrants me doing smaller jobs on my own, I do them. Experienced in different trades in order to do a quality job. If there is something I do not have the experience or know how to do a quality job, I'm not afraid to admit it. I will have the appropriate sub-contractors do it right. My quality work and my integrity in the industry along with references are the key to my success.
