Great guy has been doing work for me and other family members for years trustworthy, friendly, and reliable

DO NOT TRUST THIS CONTRACTOR: We had a contract and, when I was ready, I called two times to begin. Both times he said, "I'll call you back in 20 minutes." In each case, a week went by. (BTW, his greeting on the phone always sounded like I had called the wrong house... like he wasn't in business, at all.) On the third call, I suggested he might be overbooked? and, perhaps, I should move on? He said, ( with a dead tone of voice, "O.K." ) That was it. He just does not present like a professional. If you hire him , beware.
