FedEx had destroyed the glass top of a coffee table for my deck during the delivery process, and the company I bought it from was apparently too incompetent to order a replacement. So, I decided to get the glass top replaced locally instead. I got the recommendation for Gordon & Sons via NextDoor, and I am beyond impressed with this company. It's a locally owned, family-run small business, and their customer service is nothing short of outstanding. Not only did they collect and deliver the table when they said they would, they even took care of the broken glass removal from the original packaging! Plus their prices are incredibly competitive. I will never go anywhere else for replacement glass needs, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
