AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! In an initial call, Arrington seemed to know his stuff. However, he not only missed every deadline, but he failed to associate himself with permit applications (I later found out this was because he has NO valid permit), and because of this...completely failed to answer L+I permit questions. This prompted me to fire him after a month, two weeks after he said he would remedy my situation, and 10 months later, he not only hasn't provided me the contractually required full refund, he regulatory insults me and lies as to his status. Alex currently has TWO open criminal cases for taking money from people and not doing any of the work. He also has a bench warrant from Philadelphia for the same cases. This is a horrible person who makes a practice of robbing innocent customers.

Alex took $5,000 from me on June 18th, came back and said the job was 90% done on August 8, 2015, and took an additional $2,500, and then disappeared and wouldn't even return the keys to my house after doing no work in 6 months. I had to file a criminal complaint and he currently has an arrest warrant on him for stealing $7,500 of my money and doing zero work in 6 months.
