Rivera Structural Design

Amy was recommended to me by numerous people, so much so that it almost felt like she is the only residential structural engineer in the city. However, I called and I emailed, each twice, for a total of 4 contacts, explaining my issue/concern and asking for a call back to schedule an assessment. SHE NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. I have no idea whether she is too busy, whether the scope of my project was not something that interested her, or whether there was some other issue, but it is horribly unprofessional to not return calls from potential clients. Big fail and would not recommend.
