Horrible experience with Sabre. Built a home in 2017. Sabre did all my plumbing and heating. When we moved in the AC was not hooked up and they gave us the run around about trying to get a technician out to help. When the condenser line on the furnace started leaking they said sorry out of warranty for labor. Wanted to charge $175 service call then $216 an hour. Used local contractor instead for $105 total. The furnace was just shy of 3 years old. Then furnace quit working. Exhaust motor was bad. Called again. Wanted $275 for service call and $316 an hour. Said part may be covered but labor is not. WTF? 3 year old furnace (Bryant). Used local company instead who was able to get the part covered under warranty unfortunately they were not Sabre who installed it so I paid the labor for them at a total cost of 200. Sabre is a joke. I would NEVER recommend them! Horrible customer service!!!
