This guy will overcharge you if he can. Gave me an inflated verbal quote, then convinced my wife to pay him $1850 for 3 hours of caulking. Go with AngiesList. This would never happen with them.

Bat Free batproofed for the ******. Bat Free provided next day service after the initial phone call. Bat Free met with Mr and Ms ***** and a price quote was given. Of note, the fee to batproof a home is based on the size and shape of a home, not on the homeowners emotional state, financial state, or age! The bid was accepted by the *****s and Bat Free proceeded to batproof the home. Both Mr and Mrs ***** then left the property. Bat Free remained at the property and provided diligent ethical work. We got the bats out! Upon invoicing, Bat Free determined the cost of the batproofing service and it fell nicely within the quoted price range which was accepted prior to commencement of work by the homeowner. Our batproofing service includes a 2 year “return at no cost” warranty. Bat Free made contact later in the day with Mrs ***** and a credit card was offered as a form of payment. Due to poor cell reception, the transaction could not take place. Mrs ***** then sent a check to Bat Free. The payment was in full and included a nice “Thank you!” Letter where Mrs ***** stated she “...really appreciated all our hard work! Thanks again Dennis!!” Later, Mrs ***** contacted Bat Free to voice concerns over openings left above the front entry door. Bat Free honored its warranty and returned to the property. The area in question is where vented sofit meets a c or f channel. Yes the sofit was bent but it terminates in a sealed channel. Bat Free did not miss these points the first time, we decided these were not bat entry points; they do not lead into an inner wall or the sofit area. They terminate in a metal channel. Bat Free responds: We showed up when we said we would. We billed within our quoted price range! Mrs ***** was so pleased she sent a beautiful “thank you” letter to voice her satisfaction. Bat Free honored its warranty and rechecked the entire structure despite knowing the area of complaint was not an entry point. All said, Bat Free displayed and continues to display ethical business practices!
