1 star review is too generous. Hands down the worst company we’ve ever dealt with. They came to our house to replace parts in the attic for our AC and fixed that issue, but they stepped on the drain line and broke it, completely disconnected the return air duct box from the unit and didn’t put it back together, left the service panel cover off of the unit, stepped on and disconnected one of the air ducts AND threw the old parts, trash, etc on the insulation in the attic and left it. They have been back out to our house 3 more times to “fix” the leaking issue (ruined ceiling and water coming through ceiling can lights) that they caused without resolve and now they are claiming that the issue we are having is from issues that started before they came to our house. If it was an issue before they worked on our AC unit, they definitely wouldn’t have came out 3 more times to try and fix it. The most unprofessional, messy, disrespectful, lying company I’ve ever dealt with. We will be leaving reviews everywhere possible and contacting the BBB *And before you try claiming that this is a fake review (talking to you Buffington Brothers) I have documented every phone call and service request through my hone warranty company for proof.
