Our experience with Gino was wonderful from beginning to end. He was sent by our moving company to assess and repair damage to our furniture during transit. Gino and his crew were always very professional. Communication was uniformly excellent and service was prompt. The best part though was Gino's craftsmanship. He and his crew expertly repaired several digs in our furniture and refinished a badly scratched antique dropleaf table. Most impressive was the repair he did to a dining room chair back which was broken in half. He beautifully carved and finished a new piece of wood to make the chair good as new. We highly recommend Gino for his customer service and old world craftsmanship!!

During our move to Florida, my gorgeous high gloss Kindel table was damaged by the movers. I was beyond upset! Gino was called in to see the table. After looking at it carefully, he told me he could repair it so it looked like new. I must admit I was a bit skeptical. We talked for a while and he described how he would repair it. I told him I would put my trust in him. The process took several weeks. Gino's work was absolutely wonderful! Roy came the last time and did all of the buffing. They said they would not be happy unless I was totally satisfied and I was. Gino and Roy take great pride in their craftmanship. I would recommend them unconditionally.

We moved from Ohio to Florida and had our furniture in storage for a year. Many pieces were damaged by the movers. Our moving company sent Gino Germana for the repairs. Lucky us! Gino did an excellent job on all of the repairs. After seeing his work, we asked him to refinish a tea table that we love and has been in our family for over 100 years. It now looks beautiful! Both Gino and his wife, Denise, are such nice people and very professional.
