Resurrection Pools LLC

One of the worse experiences I have ever had with a Florida contractor. Gave 2 stars because of sales presentation and finished product. Disappointments during course of project : * four separate teams came in, only one communicated what was being done and what to expect next * hooked up a sump pump in main drain and wanted to run for 5 days. Had to text as to "why", gave lame excuse so I ran only one hr per day and no issues. Saved over 115 hrs of electricity which would have been wasted * poor scheduling. Went 2-1/2 days with no one working on pool * one tile was chipped. Showed last person on site, complaint completely ignored * given verbal estimate for additional work, charged twice the amount and had to settle on paying $200 more than intended * one crew lost an expensive fire hose nozzle, rep offered to replace but never received * promised 2 days of chemicals added to new water, received only one.

Paid in full last fall,paid thousands extra for led lights,they still don’t work correctly,have problems with bubbler too.After numerous phone calls with no returned calls we went to the office to speak with Matt wasn’t there was promised he’d call back no call

We had a complete pool and deck redone by resurrection pools last year. They were quick to get the job done, which we thought was good. That is until our cool deck that they put on started cracking 2 weeks after it was done. When I complained to Matt the owner he told me to contact the guy he hired to put the cool deck on, Chris Burns. I thought Matt should take care of it since he sub contracted this part of the job to someone else. I went ahead to contact Chris Burns and he told me that he wanted to wait to see how far the cracks were gonna go before he fixed it. That sounded reasonable, so I waited. After other attempts to get someone to handle this problem, we realized they weren't going to do anything about our pool deck. We paid good money for this job. It looks awful. Cracks all the way across from one end to the other, and it is also lifting off the surface in many places. They don't seem to care. They don't really deserve one star. I would not ever recommend them for a job and will be looking into a law suit. Please beware of this company
