Accepted quote for shower door and shower window. I was told 4 weeks for glass to come in. Never received any follow up calls. Waited 1 month and called back for an install eta. Was told by a rather unprofessional woman named Sherry, that my order was never placed. The best they could do is "put a rush on it" meaning another 3+ weeks. Sherry made several excuses but never once apologized for the mistake. I began to explain how irritating it is looking at a completed shower project that we still can not use for going on 2 months now....and Sherry hung up on me. I then attempted to reach out to Mark whose phone was shut-off/sent to voice-mail. I left the voice-mail at 12pm and waited til end of the day (currently it is 8pm) to make this review and I've yet to be contacted. This company was highly recommended to me and happen to be the cheapest quote of the three I received for the glass. To say I'm dissatisfied/ disappointed would be an understatement. Let this be a lesson to anyone seeking professional glass work. GO ELSEWHERE!!! Professionals usually aren't the cheapest, that is the case here.
