The tech that came out was very professional and knowledgeable about my heating repair issue. The tech did not try to sell me something that I didn't need. Tech did a diagnostic test and was able to pin point the cause of heating issue and fix the issue. Tech made recommendations for the future, but didn't pressure me to buy anything. I was pleased with the service.
