Deacon came out to give me a bid. I told him what bids had come in and he said he could beat it. Great! I did check out the CCB # 222353 and it said it was active. I also did read other positive reviews. I had my driveway replaced, walkway up to the front door and the West side of the house. I let Deacon know that there were areas that still needed to be corrected. He came back and had a look and promised to take care of this at a later date. During the install is when it got ugly. He was to free handed when removing the the old concrete and ran into my gutters. The heavy seemless kind that I repainted just a year ago and looked quite lovely. This would have lasted me 100 years. When he realized what he had done he said he'd make it right. What he did was run to Home Depot, purchased the cheapest materials he could find which was in short sections. I only wish this allowed me to attach photos. Me telling you does not do it justice. It's a mess. It leaks and is not angled properly so it drains. Can anyone say "Oregon" and mosquitoes larva??? OMG!!! Deacon and his sidekick Gage are not gutter installers. I reached out to Deacon both by email and phone calls but still no response. I let him know that I was not happy and I want to hire someone that knows how to install gutters properly and I also want as good a material that was up their previously but still no response. I then mentioned small claims court and still no response. The CCB gives a Vancouver, WA address . Some apartment. The estimates I've received for the replacement may not be worth taking it to small claims court given it's under $1,000. I'm sure he's banking on this to be the case. Like other reviews. DON"T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS!!!! I can't stress this enough.

What a living nightmare. Deacon was shy and unsure from the start. His bid was affordable, and as business owner's ourselves, we know you got to start somewhere, so we gave him a chance. THE ENTIRE DRIVEWAY IS SLANTED TOWARDS OUR HOUSE AND IS DRAINING RAIN WATER INTO OUR BASEMENT. FULLY FLOODING. He came out during rainfall, saw the damage, and said with his own two words that the driveway needs to be ripped up and redone. We then found out his license is suspended and will no longer allow him to work on our house since he is uninsured and not bonded. We have asked for a partial refund which he refuses. We have had about 4 other contractors come out and their professional opinion is that it needs to be redone - properly. Don't use him, and further more, look up contractors on CCB to see if their license is working,
