I worked at sky heating and air for four years. I was emotionally tortured and abused by the CFO Heather. I told the owner several times about her behavior with no help. I told the COO how she was with no help. I finally had a nervous break down because of the workload that they forced me to do and Heather saying that I would only get paid for the hours that I worked when I was deathly sick with Covid. I had to take Wednesdays off to get a mental health break from Heather. She would run around the office telling other employees about my personal text messages and personal business. Every single manager there has said she's a cancer and doesn't do a thing. This is a terrible place to work and I am still seeing a therapist about it. When they fired me for being over worked they then LIED to the unemployment agency (which I believe is against the law?). They also owe me for 5 hours they never paid me for. They treat their managers like gold and the office staff gets shit. If you value how a company treats it's employees I suggest not choosing this one.
